Default 1928 Ice Cream question--order of scarcity?

All of the type II's that I remember owning had the name on the left hand side (on the back). Lay the card on the table with the name (on front) at bottom, then flip the card over (either to the left or right), if the name is on the left, then it is a type II, and the front should be glossy.
