Default One more rookie question

The best way (that I know of) to get a digital checklist of any kind is through Beckett.com. You can sign up for free for the 'My Collection' feature, which not only provides you a way to track your collection online, but also gives you access to thousands of sets (from the Troy Haymakers through to the shiny stuff) as well as by-player checklists.

While it is not exactly ideal -- in that you'll need to copy the page and format it yourself -- it's still faster than trying to find the information and/or typing out the list yourself.

MyCards.info provides an online checklist service of sorts as well, but the list of available checklists is somewhat limited (or at least it was when they offered the service for free).
