Welcome to the Forum! As far as current card prices, I recommend doing an "advance search" on ebay and looking at the ending prices of completed listings. The price of the T206s yuo mentioned will depend on i) whether you get them graded (I highly recommend this unless you buy from an established dealer), ii) which pose (the portraits are a little more) and iii) whether you get a common (eg, Piedmont) or rare back. I just ran a search and, between Chance and Evers, there were six PSA 4 (VG-EX) T206s that recently ended with the prices ranging from $152-$180.
