PASJDMy guess would be that only at the very high end, where cards are perceived as unique or close to it and that perception (or fact) is driving the price (Reccius Wagner for example
) that values would drop if it turned out there were more out there. I doubt it would affect the value of most cards because I don't think anyone really assumes the PSA/SGC pop reports reflect all the known examples. As Leon noted, I think most people assume there are a lot of high end private collections out there many of which include unslabbed cards.
