My Tolstoi Pelty looks much like yours presented via scan and is
definitely a wet sheet phenomenon.

What strikes me about the Lake i just got is that the Tolstoi back
decipherable on the front exactly matches the back in terms of
placement,e.g. the reverse #30 barely visible on the front is at the exact spot
of the 30 on the back.
It seems odd to me that a wet sheet placed on top would exactly match
the back of the card that it is being placed on.

Have you had this happen? Thanks for the help.
