andy beckeri think the basis for the authentic label is two fold. it must be requested and it must be a rare card.
i don't think psa will slab any card as "authentic".
when i requested "authentic", the cards were unaltered in any way....so maybe that's why they just slabbed them and moved on.

tbob-after rereading your post...i'm suprised about the blank back t207. would it grade? why did you request authentic?
