No doubt he does his dirtywork from some country in the former Soviet Union whereby white collar crime is basically "tolerated" when paying off the local legislators and judges. You may think you are sending money to Rome or Massachusetts, and initially maybe you are, but through various money changing agents that money in a brief period of time will windup in Tonis bank account in that former Soviet Union country. Your chances of getting your money back are zero. Without a doubt, "Toni" or whatever the present name is, consists of a group of very clever arch-criminals.
