davidcyclebackThe letter I had was when he was City Clerk or whatever he was for the City of Chicago. The letter was some mundane City business with his secretarial (his named signed by secretary, for those who don't know) signature at bottom. The back had the city clerk date/stamp like this with his real signature and note. A neat thing was the letter was on Anson's personal stationary with his City Clerk seal at top.
