Don't think that Leon's creation of a new board was what made Bill want to give up control of the board. He was thinking about it long before all that happened. It was something that was going on behind the scenes that only a few were aware of. As Elliot mentioned, about the longest anyone can tolerate moderating the board is 12-18 months. I'm sure that's about how long Leon will last before he decides he needs a break.
