Todd SchultzI don't disagree with you. I believe they may be on the hook whether they have an express guaranty or not, depending on the nature of their error. The Heinie Wagner isn't really a good example, as you're talking about mislabeling a common for what is probably the most popular/valuable card in existence, and certainly one that is highly recognizable. My point was simply that because they could end up paying for their mistakes, they'd want to take more time examining the higher valued cards and hence may charge more for the service.
