DaveHere's a picture from last summer. This was near the NW end of Vancouver Island, on Malcom Island at a high end fishing resort. Funny thing is that I don't really like fishing. This king salmon weighed in at 20 lbs. I'm actually trying a new preparation, smoking. I've taken half this fish, brined it overnight, and will smoke it (cold) for about 6 hours tomorrow. Hope it's good.
