Joshua forgot to mention the quandry facing the Tipton collectors of OBC - when you upgrade a "Tipton Mint" card, which direction does it go? If you have a PSA 2, you obviously need a PSA 1 to "upgrade!" Ahhh...the beauty of collecting beaters!
