in CLCT's 10-K, it sounded like a bogus suit. Who were the principals of When It Was A Game? What is the real story behind this action?

The footnote said the Company was being sued for introducing WIWAG to Real Legends. WIWAG was dishonest in their dealings and Real Legends suffered as a result. Why would CLCT be liable?
