I know. It has the qualifications of an 8... but the centering of a 7.

BUT...

of ALL the times I have seen examples of this Jackson card...

they have ALL been off-centered in the exact same proportions as this one!

SO...

If a card was NEVER issued with perfect centering...

and EVERY example of the card is skewed 65/35 like this one...

THEN IS IT REALLY OFF-CENTERED?????



Or is it simply a perfectly centered version of a card that was unfortunately MADE like that???

Thoughts?
