PSA graded it a NM 7!!!!!!!!! Then, it was sent to SGC and they graded it a 50. I believe you are correct about prefering SGC over PSA, at least grade wise - can't believe they both thought it was real however. But, we all make mistakes along the way and have to learn from them - nobody is perfect!
