imo, first, should Rose be reinstated? second, if reinstated should he be honored?

wrt the 2nd point, the baseball writers are instructed to consider:
"5. Voting — Voting shall be based upon the player's record, playing ability, integrity, sportsmanship, character, and contributions to the team(s) on which the player played."
