Chuck RossI have quite a few nonsports cards made by World Wide Gum in that same time period (Sea Raiders and Jungle Gum). My main concern about the card, as stated early in this thread by runscott, is the lack of "bleedthrough" (actually print from the sheet below). Almost all the World Wide cards seem to exhibit this effect and lack of it, though not conclusive by itself, would be a red flag for me. Goudey's Indian Gum cards of that era show the same effect (not surprising since World Wide and Goudey were owned by the same folks).
