I think Tom should build a computer out of magazine scraps and use it to store all information related to the case.

Tom, seriously - if you are interested I can send you the "blue-print". It involves a lot of intuition and the ability to be able to detect computer chips hidden in newsprint, but I think you can do it - "They" want to talk with you and "they" have provided everything you need (and only YOU will be able to find it.)
