Scott, those are good questions. I don't have any answers.

I have a few other questions that have nothing to do with the way cards are graded but they are related to grading:

Are the graders paid hourly or by piece?
How many cards does an average grader review in an hour (or day)?
What type of quality controls are in place at these grading services?
