Richard DwyerI can't my original post. In the past I brought up the question as to whether or not anyone else had a Factory 42 Piedmont box by Liggett & Myers with an "Allen & Ginter" label on the sides.

My belief is that the Factory 42 backs are rare because they were only issued by Liggett & Myers, not American Tobacco. I could be wrong. Anyone have any other Piedmont boxes they can scan and put up to disprove this? My box is Factory 42, 4th district, North Carolina. Tax stamp is dated Aug. 5th. 1909. (No Overprinting)
