I never break out cards to cross over--isn't it cheaper to cross than to submit raw? Plus, if the card is not worthy, they won't do it. BTW, put "do not cross over unless the grades are equal or better" across the top of your invoice.

I think it is trimmed--I'd be surprised if it crosses over.
