Default 1890 Brotherhood of Baseball Tobacco Card - need info

I recently picked up this card. It is a contest card issued by Lorillard in which the entrant was to pick the top 3 teams in the standings for the National League, and the Brotherhood as of October 1, 1890. If you sent in 10 cards, only one filled out, you received a chance to win a stopwatch.

Does anyone know the value of this card?
