For whatever it is worth, I vote for keeping rare sets together.

This way, if individual cards come up, other people can decide whether they want to buy them or not. More importantly though, if an individual card comes up and a complete set is known and the owner is known, people can ask the owner about that certain card instead of e mailing 40 people trying to find the person who has that exact same card.
