Scott Elkinsit seems the grading companies grade tought one time, then right on the money the next submission. Also, the bigger names - such as Young or Cobb, are graded HARSHLY by SGC and GAI! The Young does look at least VG/EX to me - but that doesn't mean anything! You think that is bad, I have two 1915 CJ's I thought were EX and VG/EX LOCKS that GAI just slabbed both as 2's!!!!!!!!!!! I even looked the cards over with my loupe and NOTHING to be found - of course they haven't arrived back yet - knowing my luck the grader dropped them while looking at them or something.
