They are concerned over the USPS performance, especially given that they would of course like to make a good first impression with the initial issue. So I will shut up and send them an email on the 31st if I still don't have my copy.

Meanwhile, if any of you have a duplicate copy I would be happy to trade you a VCBC back-issue (I have dups of #37).
