You see, Ryan, your diligence has paid off! By posting and e-mailing the minute by minute delivery status of your issue, a board member has generously offered to hook you up with an extra. (I can't help but notice that I was not offered a similar freebie, but then I have not been as vocal about my displeasure as Ryan, so I guess it's my own fault.)
