They just upgraded mine to 2-day shipping, and took away the shipping costs, but that isn't going to do me any good if they don't have the book. Which they don't yet, they say.

Amazon.com is usually SO fast. But I never ordered the Standard Catalogue from them before. Estimated time of delivery WAS Sept 20-21. No books yet. Oh well...
