Thanks to the four persons who responded with scans (Lew Lipset was the first). Each was a scan of the street clothes portrait. Ideally, I'd like to find a "SILVER FLINT" in uniform for actual book cover use. I'll reserve a copy of the 2006 Standard Catalog for whomever can first provide a suitable scan or loan me the card.
