The model is Janice Dickinson. The photo was shot in the evening in an ocean view pool in Mustique, a private island in the West Indies. She is wearing a bright red one piece bathing suit. The image appeared in 1983 Bizarre Italia (Italian Harper's Bazarre). I know the photographer and bought it directly from him.
