DaveI am far from the expert on reprints, but when someone tells me a high end card like this is being sold as a reprint, I believe him.
As the card itself: I don't like the stains, though these are better than a lot you can see. The top corners look like the black borders have diaganols on them. Wear on the corners of real cards don't usually get this round without a lot of fraying. The right side of the card is very rounded, the left is straight. They should be very similar. The ebay pictures are bad, masking who knows what.
All of these have some subjective element to them, but the following doesn't:
The Cobb green portrait was first issued as a 150 series. None of these cards were issued in the 460 series. So, the back can't go with the front. The source for this is Lipset's Encyclopedia of Baseball Cards, Volume 3, in his discussion of the T206 series.
