Steve - thanks! I guess somehow my BST thread was an appropriate place to take a shot at SGC.

For the record, SGC had an issue with cards sliding behind the black inserts with their slabs about a year ago, but they have since fixed the issue and any cards encapsulated at that time that slide behind the black insert can be sent back and put into the new "fixed" slab.
