One would think Brett would be sympathetic to what happened to Quan, express that, and at least try to talk to his brother. He has basically said, "Tough ****. It's not my problem." Well it's not your problem. But your decision has consequences as well. It seems like neither Brett nor Bill are very successful in the arena of public opinion. The slightest effort would change everybody's perspective.
