tbobI have been looking for 5 years and counting for old Smokey Joe. SLs are a funny set- you rarely find in very good to excellent condition, they are either trashed (once in a while) or in great shape (usually) because of the way they were distributed. Because the slabheads want highly graded slabbed cards, we M116 collectors have to butt heads with them all the time. Nothing is more discouraging than to go against non-M116 collectors for that PSA 8 or 9 Sailor Stroud when one hasn't appeared for sale in any condition in forever. Oh well...
