MarkOn the Vintage Glove Forum, there was a good discussion regarding this glove. The consensus was that there were way too many red flags for it to be as advertised.
It lacked the proper padding, and the thumb construction is also wrong. Plus the D&M Patch is sewn over the wrist-strap's piping, which indicates it was added at a later date. Also, the patch appears newer than is acceptable for the age of the glove. It is larger and squarer than the proper small rectangular D & M exemplars.
