Default Ebbets Field postcard -- any info? B 11?

Hello, Could anyone tell me anything about this Ebbets field postcard I recently bought? (I bought it just because I like B&W.) Value (as I would like to sell it)? If it helps, it says "B 11" in the bottom right hand front side.
