As I said, patience will be your best bet in this case. I mean, we're talking about a whole stadium here! This material will permanently flood the market ad nauseum. All I can think of are "Chunks that Ruth Built" insert cards, and can't help but envisioning those tacky 1"X1" swatches affixed to cards saying "Ringo Slept Here". A piece of Ebbets Field, Hilltop Park, etc. would be a real treasure. To me, there's just no beauty in numbers. I'd want to pick up something unique if I were in the market for a piece of Yankee Stadium--something along the lines of that large letter "N" that David owns.
