This isn't my area, but the "1926 World Series" is hand-inked, isn't it? Consequently, I would imagine that, unless more of these were extant, the "folk art" aspect of the hand-lettering may have an adverse effect on the item's potential value, as opposed to if the entire piece were machine-manufactured. To me, it appears to be a case of someone (be it the original vendor or the gent you purchased it from) adding the markings to a generic trinket to commemorate the event. For your sake, I hope you receive many other opinions which counter my own.
