Jodi BirkholmPlease post a clearer/larger scan of the Giles signature. It appears to be a rubber-stamped version, but be sure to post an enlarged version so I can be sure. Unfortunately, if that's the case, the contract loses most of it's value. If the Giles signaure proves to be authentic, the piece might be worth $75. Beauchamp's signature (even on a contract) is of practically zero demand. If my suspicions are confirmed about the Giles, the piece's value drops nearly in half.
