This past week, I submitted a PM10 Stadium Pin to GAI for grading and was very pleased with the finished product and service. I utilized the 2-business day service level and the pin arrived on time and Mike Baker was very accomodating in discussing the reason for the assigned grade over the phone. Brennan in customer service did a great job with the shipping and receiving of my item. I will certainly do mmore business with GAI in the future as it appears that major improvements have taken place over there.
