I believe those are all the books. However, there are different editions that were published.

Won in the Ninth had a reprint edition published by the NY Book Company. It has brown boards, instead of green as in the Bodner edition. I have never seen a dj for either edition.

Pitching in a Pinch was first published by Putnam in 1912. I haven't seen a first with a dj, but a 1925 or so Putnam edition has this dj:



The Boy Scout edition has at least 2 different jackets:



and the generic BSE common to the series.

The Pitcher Pollock etc series were first published by Dodd Mead in at least 2 sizes. The Dodd Mead editions are virtually impossible to find in dj's. I have only seen 1 in 20 years of collecting.
