Joseph is right....I checked it out, REA did have one in their 2006 auction that appears to have been a little better condition...and even had the spinner...and it sold for $580.00

I chalk up the $3,295.00 to Joseph's keen observation "But hey, it's eBay". Anything can happen on eBay with it's reach.
