I love your book. I was just surprised to see prices at the levels indicated since I do not see the cards offered for sale and when they do come up, see them for different numbers.

Oddly enough, the one sale of the Averill (mine) would have fit exactly within the parameters of the new pricing ($75 for a poor condition card; 5% of the "book" price).

I'll send you some additional information on some other things I've noticed offline.
