At first they were saying the had the books on the 16th and would deliver them by the 21st, but then discovered they didn't have to books in yet, so upgraded everyone's shipping to 2-day shipping, and--at least in my case--didn't charge for it. In the mess, they forgot to send out "book has shipped" notices, when they got them in, the 21st, so your book arrived, often, the day you got the "book has shipped" notice.
