Jeff LichtmanGuys, with all respect, it was a 5K case. I don't think PSA cared one way or another considering the small amount of exposure they had. The reason they didn't settle it was simply because of their desire to not set a precedent every time someone claims to have had a card lost during the process. Nevertheless, for a multi-million dollar company to actually bother litigating something like this...sounds small time to me.
