Somebody at PSA is reading this thread and knows that if they settle, it will set a precedent. If they fight the case, it will discourage others from pursuing the matter for fear of running up large bills. In the legal world, this is called the "Walmart plan." Walmart never settles with anybody and very few lawyers are willing to take cases because of this fact. Therefore, alot of litigation never gets off of the ground.
