I''ve been babbling all evening about how "Nine Innings From Ground Zero" was about how the Yankees WON the 2001 World Series after 9/11. Of course, they LOST the Series, in Arizona (I even e-mailed Lew Lipset, at the time, "I bet you watched every pitch!" and he e-mailed back, "Yep. First time." Go, Snakes...

Anyway, I don't know if that's long-term memory, or short-term memory, but it's a pretty good movie. HBO...they win all the Emmys and Golden Globes, and this year, they'll win an Oscar for Best Foreign Film, "Maria Full of Grace."
