Had quite a baseball experience yesterday afternoon - not only did I sit in the 8th row behind home plate to see a fantastic game (Braves beat SF in bottom of 9th), but I sat next to a guy who met Ty Cobb. Turns out he was working in Emory while Ty was spending his final days there. He told me he had a 2 hr conversation with Cobb while he was in his hospital bed, his awards sitting next to him on a night-stand, with a loaded Luger on top of the pile. The guy I was talking with is from Royston - he hasn't seen the Tommy Lee Jones movie, or read the Al Stump book.
