823dekYorktown is Bill Fisher an up and coming individual to be reckowned with, very well rounded and very well connected. There is never anything to worry about with him .
If you are looking for certain cards, he has great capabilities of finding them and is very punctual of getting back to you when he does find them. I have bought privately as well as on line from him many times and cannot thank him enough for my Joe Jackson Cracker Jack.
He usually seeks higher end groups and does care about the quality that he delivers- I was very pleased to meet him in person at the National and it was one of the main reasons for to go.
