There were 88 lots listed on Mastronet for the Egan collection........total take was $824,383.00. With 15% buyer's premium ($123,657.45 ), that makes the Egan take $948,040.45. If they have a similar amount for next auction, that's nearly a $2 million collection (counting the buyer's premium).

Without collecting anything in the 'expensive' years of the late 1980's-present, how much do you guys think Egan paid for his nearly $2 million (approx) collection?
