Tom Boblittin the old online Mastronet auctions when they first got going. Got some stuff pretty reasonably back then. Bought 100-200 Goudeys and some large lots that I broke up and sold. I'm sure they won't offer the same type of bargains or the bidding will be much more 'spirited' than in those days..........I think a lot of people didn't really know about how they were doing those auctions back then.
Their costs for that type of auction are SIGNIFICANTLY lower since they aren't going to produce any print versions of the catalogs. Seems like they'd at least drop the seller's side to a more manageable amount. I can't remember how much they were charging on those old auctions but I was thinking it was either free (gasp......) or 10% or so.
